Your NTERDI piece is delicate and requires special care. To prevent potential damage, we advise avoiding contact with fragrances, soap, chemicals, or cosmetics. Always allow these products to dry completely before wearing your jewelry.
Please ensure your creation is not exposed to water (fresh, chlorinated, or salt) or high temperatures, such as prolonged sun exposure.
Additionally, we recommend removing your jewelry during certain activities—such as sports or gardening—to prevent accidental impact or contact with harmful substances.
How to clean your jewelry creation?
To maintain the beauty and brilliance of your NTERDI jewelry over time, we offer some care and maintenance advice. The precious metals require minimal upkeep.
Each NTERDI piece is accompanied by a polishing cloth; for full gold creations, use a small amount of liquid soap and gently clean the item with a soft brush. Rinse with warm water and dry it thoroughly with a soft, dry cloth.
To prevent scratches, store each NTERDI creation in a fabric-lined jewelry case, separate from other pieces. Some materials used by the Maison are particularly delicate and may damage upon impact.
Diamonds, being the hardest of all minerals, can scratch softer materials. For this reason, we recommend storing diamond-set creations separately.
