Exchange policy
You can request an exchange for any item purchased on nterdi.com within 10 days of the delivery date. To initiate an exchange, you can fill out the Return Form here. You will need the order number found in your order confirmation email.
All exchanges are subject to a quality check. The item must be in perfect condition in which you received them, returned within 10 days of purchase, and include the original certificate, warranty card, and packaging. Personalized creations are not eligible for exchange. Jewellery that has been worn, scratched, resized, or damaged will not be accepted, and will be sent back to you.

Condition of Exchanged Products
We will verify that the exchanged product meets the conditions outlined in our Exchange Policy. If it does, we will proceed with the applicable exchange.
Our products must be returned in new, unused condition, with all protective materials intact and tags or stickers still attached (if applicable). The exchange must also include the original NTERDI box and packaging, along with any accessories and documents. For example, Vol O Vent bracelets that have been adjusted at your request must be returned with the same number of links as in the original delivery package.
We reserve the right to refuse an exchange if the product shows signs of wear, has been used, or altered in any way.
All exchanges will undergo a strict Quality Control (QC) process to ensure they meet the required standards. If the products fail QC, we will reject the exchange and return the items to you. If the products pass QC, we will process the applicable exchange.
Failure to comply with these conditions may result in the exchange being refused, and the product will be sent back to you at your cost.
